RETURNS POLICY

At Alopé we want all of our Sirens to love your swimwear! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You can lodge your return on our return portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with swing tags and hygiene stickers in place.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, simply check out our returns portal at the footer of our page. We’ll provide you with all the details you need to send your items back.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, just let us know when you reach out. We’ll help you find the perfect match! 

5. Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
