2. How should I care for my swimwear?
To keep your Alopé swimwear looking fabulous:
- Rinse with cool water after each use.
- Hand wash with a gentle detergent.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. A return must be processed through our portal within 14 days of receiving your swimwear. Please check our Returns and Exchanges policy for more info.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your order’s journey right to your doorstep.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@alope.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
